Sunshine Coast Eskrima teaches the curriculum endorsed by the Cacoy Cañete Doce Pares World Federation in Cebu, Philippines. It was developed by (the late) Supreme Grand Master Cacoy Cañete.

Sunshine Coast Eskrima was established by Master Teresa to share the teachings of SGM Cacoy Cañete and her passion for the Filipino Martial Art (FMA).
Sunshine Coast Eskrima was established by Snr Master Teresa in 2004 to share the teachings of SGM Cacoy Cañete and her passion for the Filipino Martial Art (FMA).
SCE teaches the fundamental aspects of CCDP; Eskrima, Eskrido and Pangamot (as shown in the CCDP Logo).
This involves learning to use Single stick, double stick, knife, knife and machete. As well as blocks, counters (to blocks and counters), disarms and throws.
